How we work

In 3Dpoint, we provide complete contractor services, while implementing an obliging an individual approach to our customers. As a part of our services, we offer unbinding price calculations and, if applicable, free sampling. The process starts with the client submitting its requirements and, ideally, as precise specification of a given product as possible. Our mutual cooperation is significantly simplified by concrete ideas related to design, technical parameters, material and number of pieces to be eventually ordered. We process the inquiry and prepare a preliminary price calculation (usually excluding VAT, transport and customs fees) based on this information.

Why to choose 3Dpoint?

One of our main advantages is our self-sufficiency when it comes to design creation. We will design the required product and propose and obtain its complete graphic documentation, including packages, labels or other promotional materials. We do all of this in close cooperation with the customer, whom we continuously inform about everything and, if needed, with whom we consult details. Details are very important to us when it comes to communication with the client or any issue, even a very small one, related to the given order.

We consider finding the right, experienced and reliable supplier to be the single most important element of the entire process. The most optimal production needs to be chosen based on individual criteria. After that, we can launch the actual sampling process.

Production quality is our priority. In order to ensure it, we, apart from other things, physically visit individual suppliers. Production supervision takes place as needed in several stages, depending on the character of a given order. The first stage, usually with our participation, is the product development stage. As a part of the second stage, first few pieces are produced. The last, third stage, includes product completion and packaging. In the meantime, supervision is ensured by one of our local colleagues. During the control process, we send email messages and reports to the given customer, making sure the customer is informed about everything that is important.

A part of the same process is also formed by logistic strategies, which we simultaneously address in a way that allows the goods to arrive to customers at the specified time. We pick the most suitable transport provider based on the character of a given order. When the order is urgent, we recommend using air transport, which is faster. Due to a high price of leasing a plane, it is more economical to make your plans in advance and use seaborne transport. We settle all issues related to logistics and customs clearance (including acquisition of the corresponding documents). It is a matter of course that we also ensure the quality of the transport itself, packaging manner as well as handling of the goods. Simply said, we take care of everything that is needed for the final product to arrive to the given location in order, while communicating with the corresponding warehouse.
